It's Me, Caitlin!
I’m a mom to Abbott, wife to Tim, photographer, gardener, hiker, true-crime podcast listener, aspiring woodworker and lover of travel. It’s been my honor to document the lives of families in Central Oregon for the past 6 years.
When I am not photographing families, I am photographing weddings with my husband as Gallivan Photo, gardening, spending time with my 4 year old son Abbott or building something in my wood shop.
We firmly believe we have the best job in the world. Thanks for letting us do it.
We could go on for days about how much we love making beautiful images of the people in our community. It brings both of us joy every single day. Being a successful full-time photographer takes dedication to the craft, but also a true love for your subjects. For Cayla and I, these two ingredients have made for an inspiring, joyful and incredibly rewarding life.
In my previous life, I worked with kids as a social worker and educator. Through that work I learned so much, and realized that literally anything can be fun, if you bring a lightness and let kids be the guide.
Our goal in working with you is to give you images you love, and a relaxed and fun experience. As moms, we get how much goes into preparing your family for a photoshoot, so rest assured your experience with us won’t feel like pulling teeth; it will feel like a fun adventure.
The biggest compliment in the world is when families come back year after year and I get to see little ones who are actually excited for their shoot. We want kids to feel positive about their experience — and that tends to make parents feel the same way!
XO,
Caitlin
