Life Event Coverage: $550/hr
Includes: 60 full resolution files per hour, custom editing, travel to your location in Central Oregon, and an online gallery.

You’ve invited everyone, decorated, made food, and a zillion other little details are set. Then the party starts and instead of actually enjoying the moment, parents have to worry about taking photos too. So many parents over the years have told me that having a professional photographer at their child’s event gave them the freedom to relax and actually enjoy it. That’s why we’ve made life event photography such a large part of our business.
Life event photography is part portraits, part candid, and also some images of the decor and details! It’s the perfect way to remember the party and enjoy it too.
Life goes by so fast. We help families hang on to those precious moments in time. It’s my absolute joy to follow families through life and watch kids grow up year after year.

FAQs
What should i expect?
If you book life event coverage, expect me to arrive at the time we agreed on and start shooting! Life event coverage can be 100% documentary, but it’s also nice to include some more posed portraits of family and friends who may not see one another often.
We recommend starting coverage about 30 minutes before the main event (like cake/happy birthday song). This gives us a chance to get some good candids of gift opening or other activities and some time at the end for more formal portraits.
are certain days/times better for photos?
In the summer, non-Saturdays are the best time to plan your party if you want life event photography. We typically shoot weddings most Saturdays May-October.
As for time of day, the best time is when your kiddo is happiest, but for the best lighting avoid midday (11-2ish) if you can.
When Will i receive my images?
Images will be delivered to you via online gallery within 2 weeks of your shoot, sometimes sooner, but never later. We will send you a few previews on the same day as your event to share on social media.
How far in advance can I book?
For weekend dates, I (Caitlin) book up to 60 days in advance of your event. For weekdays, you can book up to 90 days in advance. Cayla is available to book up to 6 months in advance.
