A newborn session in Bend, Oregon for Parker Mae.

As I write this, Parker is 6 months old, and if possible, even cuter than when she was born. If you haven’t caught on to this theme yet, a lot of my family, birth and newborn clients have been sharing their family memories with me for some time. The Pierson’s are no exception. I shot their wedding as Gallivan Photo and also their maternity/birth announcement photos. It’s such an honor to follow the lives of the people I work with, to build friendships with them and document their special moments.

Parker Mae was born to two fun-loving and kind hearted parents. Her dad will undoubtedly be the king of dad jokes, let’s be honest he already is, and her mother is gentle and oh so loving. We shot this during COVID shut down week 3 (maybe? I think) but luckily, my little family had been quarantined as well since we had a newborn at home too. I put on my mask and headed over to find the sweetest family bonding right before my eyes. It was a memorable shoot for me, and I’m so happy to share it here.
