Brasada Ranch Maternity Session for Jen + Ian
My husband and I shot Jen and Ian’s wedding back in 2019. It was one of my favorite days ever. Jen and Ian are both doctors, who, at the time, were living on different coasts to finish their residencies. When they came together for their wedding, they had been apart for a month, so it was one of the most joyful days I’d ever been part of. When I found out they were expecting a baby boy, I had to offer them an engagement session as a thank you for putting themselves at risk all year during the pandemic. They happily agreed!
We decided to do their shoot at Brasada Ranch- which is where they got married. This time Oski, their golden retriever joined us, which made the shoot a lot of fun. Jen and Ian have the sweetest relationship. They are always so happy just to be together. Jen’s smile is truly one of a kind and makes me so happy to see. I think you’ll agree looking at these, it’s infectious!
I’m so glad I got to spend this time with them, and I cannot wait to see this baby boy’s little face. I bet he will have his mama’s smile.
Brasada Ranch has a lot to offer for photos, but the trestle bridge is pretty unique! It’s a great place to take photos!
